Technical Training

During Technical Training sessions, players will work closely with coaches who are nationally licensed and/or play collegiately. Players will be taught proper dribbling, passing and shooting techniques to better enhance their game and cultivate confident and creative thinkers on the field. 

• SPRING & FALL: 8 week session 
  • This program is available to all players: U6-U14
  • This program is a great complement to the Lightning Development Academy training schedule and a great addition for players that participate in our recreational league as well.
  • This co-ed session will combine ages and is designed to be a fun way to develop skills and get more touches on the ball
  • Sessions held on THURSDAYS (U6-U11) and WEDNESDAYS (U12-U14)
• WINTER: a 6 week session on Wednesday nights for U11-U14 year olds​
• Ball Size: Size 3 (U6 - U9) Size 4 (U10-U12) Size 5 (U13-U14)
