Lightning Developmental Academy -SPRING SESSION

The spring Lightning Developmental Academy is a program designed for players who are looking to continue to grow their skills during the spring months. The program is open to all age appropriate players and continues our club goal of developing young soccer players to their greatest potential. Our highly qualified coaches use a structured, age-specific curriculum designed to develop players within an enjoyable soccer environment. Every player will play within their age group. Players will continually be evaluated to ensure they are placed in the most developmentally appropriate environment.

LDA Overview

• Spring
  • 8 week program
  • 1 training session and 1 game per week
    • Training session is 60 minutes
    • Game Length: 2 x 30 minute halves​
• ​Players are coached by nationally licensed coaches
• Open to players who have recreation experience
• We use a structured age specific curriculum, which is designed to develop young players with age appropriate drills that creates a fun and enjoyable soccer environment, will be integrated into each training session.
• LDA Uniform: Uniform shirt included with registration. Shin guards, cleats, ball, and water bottle also required.
• Ball Size: Size 3 (U6 - U8)  and Size 4 (U9-U12)​​
