Lil' Lightning U6-U10

​The RSC Lil' Lightning winter program is designed to provide U6-U10 Recreational players a chance to further advance their soccer skills and development in a fun and enthusiastic environment while continuing to experience the Rochester Soccer Club Recreational Difference.
 
This program consists of technical training and small sided games followed by a fun scrimmage.  

• 2 different 6 week sessions
• Practices held on Sundays
• Teams are gender specific
• Uniform: 
• Ball Size: Size 3 (U6 - U8)  and Size 4 (U9-U10)
